How do the shoes fit?

Our products are built around an anatomic medium width performance running last,
providing a comfortable fit for a wide variety of feet.

Do I need to order a different size than normal?

Nope! Our shoes are crafted around a true-to-fit last, and the Looped Pure wool and sheepskin linings is very forgiving!

What are the shoes made from?

Each material is selected to provide ultimate performance and comfort with

Where are the shoes manufactured?

Our shoes are made in contracted factories in China. As part of the Deckers Brands
network, all contracted factories sign the Deckers Brands Ethical Supply Chain Code of Conduct and are audited annually. Click here to view all of our policies.

Is there an order quantity limit?

There is no limit per order! Every Deckers X Lab product is a limited edition. If you

What shipping methods do you use?

We offer standard free shipping within the United States. Overnight and two-day shipping
are available for an extra fee.

Can you ship internationally?

Orders may only be shipped to the United States.

When will I receive order/shipping confirmation?
